Yes! our bagels are egg free unless we make our egg bagel special as an option.

Yes our bagels are 100% vegan unless we are doing a special that contains cheese, eggs, etc.

We do not have the infrastructure required to make hot egg sandwiches. We are focused on providing the highest quality naturally leavened bagels - in the largest possible quantities - we can (responsibly) craft each morning.

Our bagels are nearly a decade in the making. Shawn created our original formula at the first bakery four location on 32nd ave in west highlands. That formula won the bakery ‘best bagel’ by westword magazine writers when he was only able to make 60 bagels on Sunday mornings.
Our bagels are Shawn’s naturally leavened take on the bagels he grew up eating in New York. While they are not New York Style bagels, our bagels do share many similar attributes to that style.

All of our bagels are made using flour, water, salt, sugar, and barley malt extract.

Our standard flavors are classic, salt, poppy, everything, sesame sea salt, and cinnamon raisin. We hand mix our own everything seasoning with ingredients procured from our trusted vendor who also sources nearly all of our incredible ingredients at our Tennyson bakery.
